It's time for another weekly alphabetical project! Instead of living, breathing animals, we're now doing an A-to-Z of mythical creatures and fictional monsters called ALPHABEASTS!
This week I did Scuzzlebutt, the imaginary creature dreamed up by Eric Cartman while on a camping trip with his buddies Kyle, Kenny, and Stan, and Stan's uncle, Jimbo, and his war pal, Ned.
While telling ghost stories around the fire, Cartman spins a yarn about a giant hairy beast who feasts on human flesh. His right hand is a stalk of celery, but the most horrifying thing is that his left leg is gone and has been replaced by Patrick Duffy. The kids aren't scared by Cartman's story and make fun of him for coming up with such a lame monster. But to their surprise, the real Scuzzlebutt shows up just in time to save them from a lava flow which threatens their whole town. Then Stan shoots him dead in order to impress his gun-loving Uncle Jimbo.
