Time for another artistic alphabetical foray. I am drawing characters from literary sources every week for AlphaBooks.

T is for Timothy Cratchit, better known as Tiny Tim. This kid is from Charles Dickens's 1843 novella A Christmas Carol. He's the youngest of six children of Bob Cratchit, the clerk of Ebenezer Scrooge.

Tiny Tim is the one who said, "God bless us, every one!" This makes him one of the most quoted Dickens characters, right up there with the guy who said, "Bah, humbug!"
